Build on individual soccer skills and understanding of the laws of the game. Still moving players around in different playing positions, continuing to develop all around ability and understanding of team roles, playing for enjoyment. WINNING IS NOT THE ISSUE. Increase the light stretching routines to continue development of good warm up and cool down practices. Small sided games. Limit number of games against opposition clubs

RDC Cup Final
Clough v Elland
Clough took part in a thrilling cup Final losing narrowly on penalties to Elland.
Clough made a good start with goalkeeper Joel Wright making fine saves and defenders Maison Cleghorn and Jonny Hill working hard.
Clough had most of the possession with shots from George Stones going wide and striker Conner Teale pressurising the goalkeeper.
Determination from captain Daniel Pinder, running into the right corner, enabled Calum Pearson to put Clough ahead. Louis Thornton and Jake Michaels dominated on the left with Josh Teale close to a second.
Early second half pressure from Elland tested goalkeeper Henry Welford but Clough had more of the chances. Elland scored a late goal to force extra-time.
Substitute Freddy Mack worked hard to grab a winner but the teams could not be separated.
It went to penalty shoot out which Elland won 5-4.
