Under 15's / Under 16's Player & Coach Development Policy
Continue the skills and technical coaching, increase pressure to continue self development by the individual. (Fitness training outside the club sessions). Insist on the  right playing attitude - response to adverse decisions, provocation from the opposition, positive not negative criticism of team members, improve players knowledge of the laws of the game.
Continue target setting (targets should have higher expectations), also continue the discipline in attendance and attitude to the club rules and policies. Introduce the expectation that the players will progress to play in the clubs open age teams.
All players in these age groups to train together, with the under 16's attending u17/Open Age training sessions towards the end of the season.

Clough proved too strong for Ossett Town in the Semi-Final of the Blackburn Cup on Tuesday night.
Ossett took the lead with a seventh minute goal for Ryan Barker.
Three minutes later Clough equalised through Declan Bickers as Clough began to take charge.
Just before half time Ashley Fallas gave Clough the lead and the win was sealed in the 71st minute when Clough benifited from a Ossett own goal.
Clough will play Ossett Albion in the final Thurs April 22nd at Ossett Albion KO 7.30pm.

Clough won a thrilling final against Ossett Albion 4-3 to lift the Blackburn Cup Final at Ossett Albion.
Ossett Albion had the best of the first half hour before Clough, who had defeated Thornhill United, Dewsbury Rangers and Ossett Town en rote to the final, struck twice to seemingly take charge.
Ryan Prince put them ahead before a 40th min strike from Declan Bickers saw Clough double their advantage.
 Albion through responded a minute into the second half as Sam Hirst scored and soon after they were level thanks to a goal from Jack Manners. It was nip and tuck as both sides strived for a vital goal and with nine minutes left JonJo Keogh scoed to see Clough lead 3-2.
Again Albion hit back within a minute as Hirst bagged his second goal in the final before Clough notched what proved to be the winner six minutes from time through David Fort.
