Team Two
A fine first half performance from Clough. Ellie Kissane and Heleena Egan
powering forward should have scored but for some fine goalkeeping which
ended 0-0 at the break playing against the wind was always going to be
difficult. Four quick goals put Clough behind, but not for Rhiannon
Sheehan, Jade Fisher-Wilkins and Emily Bretton in defence the score could
have been more. Player of the Day Lauren Slater worked hard and nearly
scored a consolation late on. Credit goes to both teams who throughout
entertained both sets of supporters.

girls. With 3 goals in the first five minutes put clough on the back for

difference in age and strength was always going to be a problem. Altofts

well Clough played. Some good defending by Levi Macleod earned her Player

goal or two from debutant Rosie Hetherington, Lauren Slater and with
Heleena Egan and Tanisha Barrett controlling midfield Clough should have
