Early Girls History
The start of the 1998/99 season brought history to Howden Clough with the
introduction of the first ever girls team .The girls played in the
Calderdale U12 Girls League where in their first season through sheer
determination and enthusiasm they reached the Calderdale Cup Final losing by
one goal in a very close game to a more experienced team. The girls then
went on to become runners up in the league losing only one game.

Travelling
to Clough:---
From M62 J27 take A62 towards Hudds. After approx 1 mile at lights turn
left onto A643. Turn right at Spar shop, turn 3rd left before school
onto Windmill Lane. Sports Centre on right. Car parking is situated via
the service road between the High school and the Sports Centre. Follow all
the way past the tennis centre to parking area. Please do not park in
front of the Sports Centre.
