Kirkheaton 2-7 Clough (21/12/03)
Clough had a 7-2 win against Kirkheaton. Dale Lockwood and Joseph
Crowther dominated midfield as Clough led 5-0 thanks to Kyle Laycock(two),
MOM Matthew Freeman, Xiad Fel Dyson and Joseph Crowther.
Kirkheaton had the wind at their favour after the break and despite good
defending from Richard Griffiths, Yuval Zoref, Joseph Fisher and Jamie Firth
they scored twice.
Daniel Wilson and Jordan Naylor added goals to seal the win. Goalkeeper
Jamie Kirk and Nicky Crabtree impressed.
Hall Green 3-5 Clough U13s (11/1/04)
Playing with the wind advantage in the first half Clough built up a 5-0 lead
against Hall Green thanks to goals from Kyle Laycock (two), Niki Crabtree,
Daniel Wilson and Matthew Freeman.
Hall Green hit back with three goals in the second half, while Shaun Sellers
hit a post at the other end. Jamie Firth, Yuval Zoref and Joeseph Fisher
were outstanding in defence, MoM was Dale Lockwood.
