RESPECT
All should be aware of the FAs RESPECT initiative.
This is designed to improve behaviour and will have severe consequences for breeches. The Club plays in various Leagues and during this season it is expected that all those leagues will sign up to the campaign. The Club will be reviewing its policies to make any changes necessary and you will be informed of any such changes when appropriate. HCJFC supports any initiatives which encourages good behaviour by all involved in football and will implement any changes to Club rules which are required. 4/09/08

ASTRA TURF
Managers make sure only coaches and players are inside the fencing.
Start Finish don't hold up the next team on.
Only trainers and Astro boots allowed. No studs or Blades as they tear the Astro turf.
On full size fenced off pitches keep spectators OUTSIDE the fencing.

Clubhouse
Important reminder that all children using the Clubhouse are there under the responsibility of their parents. You must make sure they stay within the bar, family room, and Cafe areas.
The Club has bought a 42" screen television and a table football.

Club Structure
The Club  has grown significantly during the last few years, doubling to almost 400 players and 30 teams.
In an effort to provide best support to all managers and teams, the club has brought together all teams in the shape of 4 sections.

OPEN AGE
The management committee has grown and managers/coaches will be working closer together within their own age group.

Reminder to all Junior team managers, if you have a player that has been booked or sent off in a match you must inform Robin  immediately.
Likewise any bookings your referee makes must be sent to the County FA.
The forms can be obtained from the WR County FA web site. The County is clamping down hard on this.

Communication
Policy is to communicate news and events via newsletters and email.

If you do not have a registration card for each player which you can present BEFORE a match that player CANNOT play.

Send in your match report form on the day of the match or at latest the day after.
Referees Score- If under 50 send in a report, no point in moaning about a referee and then giving 50 just to save putting in a report.
Informing of subs - Remind yourself of the number of times a sub has to play so they can play in cup competitions.
RDC LEAGUE CUP ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE PLAYED AT LEAST 2 LEAGUE GAMES FOR THEIR CLUB IN THIS LEAGUE.
IN THE EVENT OF A DRAW 10 MINS EACH WAY EXTRA TIME IF STILL A DRAW THEN PENALTIES
IF IN DOUBT LOOK AT YOUR RDC HANDBOOK.
